What is the return policy?
We allow up to 7 days for you to return/exchange your garment after you receive it.
- PLEASE NOTE: we work hard to produce high quality pieces in small quantities; refunds will only be allowed if the item/s are deemed faulty.
- Exchanges are based on availability, and only for the SAME item, in a different size.
*Returned postage costs are not covered by Sasia Studio. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit*
Are any purchases final sale?
All items which are final sale will be marked as such. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or any other non-fault-related reasons. All sale items are final.
When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s delivery network.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our pieces are proudly designed and manufactured locally in Naarm (Melbourne). We work closely with our local manufacturer, carefully selected for their commitment to quality, craftsmanship and the wellbeing of their team.
We are proud to create our pieces on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Country and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and honour the ongoing connection of First Nations peoples to Country.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
