Returns Policy

At Sasia, we create our pieces in small quantities and put a lot of care into the quality of every garment. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

As our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or any other non-fault-related reasons.

Refunds will only be issued where an item is deemed to be faulty.

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we may be unable to process an exchange. We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid missing out on available stock.

Any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to assess each return before approving a refund or exchange.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Sasia.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service when returning your item. Sasia is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

We carefully inspect our garments before they are sent out. If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please contact us at contact@sasiastudios.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the fault.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.

To request a return or exchange, please email contact@sasiastudios.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for the return and whether you are requesting an exchange or refund for a faulty item.

Our team will then provide you with the next steps.

Please note that sending an item back does not automatically guarantee that a return or exchange will be approved. All items are subject to our returns policy and inspection upon receipt.
